4. Zentvix Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint, Zentvix may:

  • investigate the reported material,
  • remove or disable access to the content,
  • request additional information,
  • notify the relevant user or provider,
  • or take other actions deemed appropriate under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the platform.

5. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • your contact information,
  • identification of the removed material,
  • the location where the material previously appeared,
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was mistaken,
  • and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Zentvix may review valid counter-notifications and restore material where appropriate.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Zentvix reserves the right to:

  • suspend,
  • restrict,
  • or terminate access

for users or contributors who repeatedly violate copyright laws or submit infringing material.

7. Third-Party Content & Embedded Media

Some content available through Zentvix may originate from:

  • third-party streaming servers,
  • external embeds,
  • advertising partners,
  • or publicly available internet sources.

Zentvix may not directly host certain media files unless explicitly stated.

Copyright owners should provide exact URLs and sufficient detail when reporting allegedly infringing content.

8. False Claims

Submitting knowingly false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in legal liability.

Please ensure all claims are accurate and submitted in good faith.

9. Changes to This DMCA Policy

Zentvix reserves the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately after publication on this page.

Continued use of Zentvix constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
